• Booking Conditions

1. Confirmation of Booking: A booking is confirmed upon the HOST’s response to the Customer. The booking becomes binding upon receipt of credit card details (number, expiration date, and CVV) or a receipt of the payment of the confirmation deposit. Submission of these details constitutes acceptance of the cancellation policy. For payments via bank transfer, details will be provided in the acceptance email of the booking. At the time of booking, a payment of 30% of the total amount is required. The balance must be paid no later than 60 days before the check-in date.

2. 2. Cancellation Policy:

– If a reservation is cancelled more than 60 days before check-in, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.
– No refund will be given for failure to pay the balance of the reservation within the specified terms, and the period will immediately be made available to other customers.
– In case of cancellation within 60 days prior to check-in, a percentage of the total paid stay will be refunded, and the period will immediately be made available to other customers.
– No refund is due to the guest who decides to interrupt the stay already begun and is therefore required to pay for the entire booked stay.
– No refund is due in the case of a No Show (failure to show up), and the period will immediately be made available to other customers. In case of a no-show, the deposit will be retained, or the cost of the first night will be charged to the credit card provided as a guarantee.

3. Force Majeure: The management declines all responsibility for services not provided due to lack of supplies, accidental damage to equipment, or other force majeure events.
